DMAC garments are guaranteed against defects in materials and worksmanship for one year from purchase. Please contact us using the contact page if you have a warranty issue, explaining the problem. Include a photograph if possible and be prepared to send the garment back to us.
DMAC accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased from our website. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges for DMAC store credit must be handled within 14 days of purchase.
All hangtags must be attached to the garment and proof of payment must accompany the garment(s) at time of return. All garments are subject to inspection before a refund or credit is issued.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable and there is a 15% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges, except for defective product, in which case DMAC will pay shipping and there will be no restocking fee.
For returns, your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment or by check. Please note that shipping costs are not refunded.
To exchange an item, please return it to our address listed below with the original receipt and an indication of the new style you would like. Be sure to include Product Name/SKU number, Color and Size. In the event that your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss another choice. Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us. Should you be exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you via Ground service at no extra charge (US orders only). If you wish to have the item expedited to you then you will be responsible for the additional charge.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
No. We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store where you made the purchase.
Special offers and discounts are limited to stock on hand. We do not back-order any products. Discounts and free shipping promotions are not valid with any other offers (i.e. You can get free-shipping when offered, or a discount, but not both.)
